Lunch Menu and Ingredients


Soup of Pork Meatballs and Apples

Pork, rice, eggs, currants, sumac, apples, onions, fava beans, celery, parsley, mint, cinnamon, mace,  olive oil, Grains of Paradise


Soup of Red Lentils and Apricots

Red lentils, apricots, onions, carrots, cumin, thyme, parsley, ginger, pomegranate syrup, cider vinegar, olive oil, Grains of Paradise


Winter Greens with Herbs

Kale, chard, and spinach with parsley, pomegranate syrup, cider vinegar, and olive oil, grains of paradise,


Breads: Sourdough, Multigrain and Seeded, Bauernbrot

Sourdough, white, whole wheat and rye flours, yeast, rolled oats, sunflower and sesame seeds, molasses, coconut milk


Gluten Free Seeded Bread

Rice, potato, coconut and millet flours, flax, corn starch, sunflower and sesame seeds, eggs, butter, psyllium, coconut milk, yeast.


Spiced and Herbed Farmer’s Cheese

Farmer’s cheese with parsley, mint cumin and coriander


Cucumber Dill, Carrot and Ginger Sweet and Green Bean Sweet Pickles

Cucumbers, carrots, green beans, cider vinegar, pickling spices, ginger, onions red pepper, black peppercorns in the green bean sweets


Melon Salad

Cantaloupe and honeydew, with honey, mint, cinnamon


Whey Lemonade

Whey, lemon juice and zest, honey and mint



There will be gluten free bread for those who need it.  The soups, salads and cheese are all gluten free. No black pepper has been used, except the Green Bean Sweet Pickles.
